Matt Wellman is a consumate professional in the field of personal training. For over 12 years he has integrated a
rigourous routine of calesthenics and aerobics buffered with traditional yoga. With a keen ability to adapt exercise programs,
Matt is in tune with the individual's needs that instills rejuvenation and confidence, while shaping a perfect body. Never
afraid to improved on techniques, Matt embodies the dynamics of La Tuna Boot Camp.
At every level, Matt designs specific goal oriented routines that are tailored to the individual, elevating performance, while
catering to personal needs..

Through personal sacrifice comes heightened success, with a minimal commitment of three to four hours a week. Through this
investment, great results are achieved, which amazingly are reflected in body and mind.
Matt loves his work with a passion. As he explains, "Working a workout isn't work if you love doing it!" And Matt's enthusiasm
is contagious. Although his programs are hard core, they're within anyone's reach!
