La Tuna Boot Camp Meal Planner

La Tuna Boot Camp nutritional philosophy is presented to
all participants in a manner that makes each individual
aware of their need for nutrition. Hunger and appetite are
two distictly different things and you will learn the
difference. In short time you will break the old habits and
replace them with sound methods that remain in place for
life. By simply following a few basic guidelines, you will
experience a healthy and complete metamorphosis.

To begin, you will learn to monitor your caloric intake. We
provide a proprietary calorie counting tool on the this website,
which by making subtle weekly adjustments and creating new habits
you will notice rapid improvement in your energy level and outlook.
You will make it happen, yourself, taking charge of your daily
nutritional intake simply by learning how your body responds
to certain foods on a metabolic level. You will notice an improved
immune system, mental clarity and stablility, stamina and
strength, as your body transforms into a new individual.
