La Tuna Boot Camp is designed to get back to nature in an outdoor setting. Every session begins with a brisk warmup, including a full set of stretching exercises. Then, a series of calesthenics gets the blood flowing, and every third day, alternated with a vigourous walk in a pastoral setting. Next, is a broad mix of aerobic exercises, which develop wind and endurance. Finally, the 90 minute session closes with a series of yoga exercises that relax and revitalize for the day ahead. |
