DAILY CLASSES HELD AT THE LA TUNA CANYON COMPOUND IN BEAUTIFUL LA TUNA CANYON, CALIFORNIA
La Tuna Boot Camp is designed to get
back to nature in an outdoor setting. Every
session begins with a brisk warmup, including
a full set of stretching exercises.
Then, a series of calesthenics gets the blood
flowing, and every third day, alternated with a
vigourous walk in a pastoral setting.
Next, is a broad mix of aerobic exercises, which
develop wind and endurance.
Finally, the 90 minute session closes with a
series of yoga exercises that relax and
revitalize for the day ahead.
